Term & Condition
Regulations and Agreements above will be in force as soon as user has completely registered with us. We also announce the regulations and agreements clearly in both our website and control panel system. Kindly be advised and followed.
HOSTING REGULATIONS AND AGREEMENTS OF PORAR WEB APPLICATION CO., LTD (hereinafter
called “PORAR”)
- PORAR will not offer hosting service to the websites indicated below:
- Websites which assault, deteriorate, or damage Royal institution and all religions,
even disorder or spoil one’s reputation intentionally.
- Websites which display any pornography contents.
- Websites which offer services of Bittorent, MP3 Download (no matter it is legal
or not)
- Websites which involve in sending a large number of e-mail, sending “Spam Mails”
(Spam Mails is an e-mail sent to any unwanted receivers), or sending any e-mails
of threatening or lessening one’s right
- Websites which hack any systems, spread viruses, or broadcast any illegal or against
moral contents causing others troubles
- Websites which use scripts annoying servers’ capability both evaluation and memory
irregularly, If found by PORAR, we will temporarily close your website until it
is fixed. But if it still occurs, we have right to close your website immediately
and will not take any responsibility of any damages.
According to all websites above, if PORAR detected
and found that there were many complains or accusations, we will reserve all rights
not to offer user our Sever Rental.
- PORAR will kindly return user’s service charge, if user is not pleased our server
service within 30 days (* in returning service charge case, if user is not pleased
(within 30 days since the start date of using our servicemen), we will return service
charge not including the set-up fee and the user should give 30 days prior notice
to PORAR)
- PORAR will notice user, by e-mail, regarding the expiry date of using our service
including Domain Name which is registered with PORAR. The e-mails will be sent to
user every 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, 15 days, 10 days, 5 days, and on the expiry
date. If we still not receive any confirmation of service charge payment, we are
bound to temporarily close your service until any service charge payment is made.
- PORAR will reserve all rights in requiring more documents from user, if there are
any questions regarding any irregular hosting/Domain.
- If user would like to change any details registered with PORAR directly not through
control panel system, PORAR will reserve all rights in requiring more documents
from user to prove if request person is the same as the owner.
- After our Accounting Department’s checking, our technician support will send you
any hosting details to your registered e-mail address.
- We will use the registered e-mail in contact between PORAR and user. User can change
e-mail address or administrator’s name through our control panel system.
- In sending hosting details, PORAR will only send to the registered e-mail.
- WebPages developed by PORAR’s team, PORAR can adjust any functions up to user’s
need. Conversely, PORAR will not adjust or edit any WebPages not developed by our
team, unless we are allowed in written letter by user and we will not take any responsibility
if damages occur.
- We will weekly reserve user data in our system and user can make it through our
Control Panel system. For database, PORAR will weekly reserve also.
- If user violates this obligations and agreements and causes any damages, we will
give user notice to fix and improve. But if there is no fixing or improving as requested,
we will process to close user’s website and we reserve all rights to consider if
we can return user’s amount or not examining case by case.
