IceWarp, Our new Mail Server System
Recently, we have built up the new mail server using Icewarp Merak Mail Server 9.3 which is now widely used. Icewarp Merak Mail Server 9.3 won many awards and received positive reviews from various IT professors. It is considered the best mail server of today. Therefore, we have created new networks and invested a lot in server materials to make this server the most efficient for our customers.
1. Connect to the Network System Centers with the highest link speed both in Thailand and abroad

Our Mail Servers are installed at the professional Network System Centers in Thailand, ISSP (Network Operation Center, Bangrak) and INET (Summit Tower).
The connection of both Network System Centers makes our Mail Servers quickly connect to other mail servers around the world. It reduces the problem of undeliverable e-mail. Moreover, each Mail Sever is always standby and operational in case that the other one is out of service.
We also invested in server materials by using Gigabit Switch (1GB/s) to power the speed of connection and data transfer.

2. Support Domain Keys, DKIM, SPF and 100% Retry e-mail to the recipient

Domain Keys and DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) systems are used to check and confirm that e-mail has been sent correctly from secure mail server not spam server. The system will insert Key in the subject of each incoming e-mail and compare to the Key of the sender server if the Key is correct and sent from secure server or not.
This system is widely used by international servers such as Yahoo and Gmail (The e-mail sent from our Mail Server to Yahoo or Gmail will go through successfully 100% and not marked as Spam).
It also has SPF (Sender Framework Policy) which detects the sender of each e-mail and Retry system which continuously and 100% sends e-mail to the recipient in case that the error occurs while sending. You can be sure that the e-mail will be sent to the recipient.

3. Provide high quality Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus systems

The mail server of Ice Warp has various types of security system such as Whitelist/Blacklist (Users can specify which is secure or spam e-mail), international system such as RBL (Real-Time Blackhole List), DNSBL (DNS Blacklist), Spamassasin, Bayesian which are Real-time systems connecting with the database of Anti-Spam organizations around the world.
Likewise Anti-Virus system, database will be Real-time updated. We can assure you that our Mail Server can block e-mail virus 100%.

4. Have new interface and functions of Web Based Mail
|
|
Users can check e-mails from various programs such as Outlook Express, MS Outlook, or free program such as ThunderBird because our Mail Server supports the both POP3/IMAP and Web Based Mail of IceWarp.
Web Based Mail of IceWarp has been created nicely and friendly for users with various languages, instant picture display, and Rich Text menu. Users can easily use the Web Based Mail of IceWarp.

5. Allow users to set Whitelist/Blacklist and add regular Contacts
|
|
To increase more efficiency of Anti-Spam system, IceWarp allows its users to specify Whitelist (safe and secure contact or domain name) and Blacklist (spam and harmful contact or domain name) for more security.
After added or deleted Whitelist/Blacklist, Anti-Spam system will remember contacts and domain name in Blacklist as SPAM.
Moreover, it provides Auto-Add Contacts system which automatically adds regular contacts in the Contact List. Users only type the first letter or nickname of the contact. After that the system will show Contact list for you to select the recipient.

6. Provider Calendar and Tasks Menu

|
Besides checking e-mails and other communications, to cover all functions, our Mail Server provides assistance menus such as Contact List (including name, e-mail address, and telephone number), Calendar, and Tasks to memorize and remind you of works, meeting, and other schedules.
You can easily check Tasks by Logging In your account through web mail. Moreover, you can set the Alert System to notify on the specified date and time. It can be called “Real Assistance”.

7. Manage Forward, Auto-Response e-mails and set Rules directly through web mail
|
|
Users can manage the setting of e-mail directly through web mail system by logging in the account and select Tools > Options.
System will open the new window and allow you to manage the setting of your e-mail such as Forward, Auto-Response, Rules, and Blocks. You can easily manage all of setting yourself through our web mail system.

8. Have legal Logging System according to the Act
|
|
According to the announcement of the Act issued by Ministry of Information and Communication Technology which stated that service providers must keep all data and Logging at least 90 days, the mail server of IceWarp also conforms to the ACT.
The server can keep all data of every service such as SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and Web Mail. Users can request us to check the previous Logging.

9. Provide Outlook Connector to connect and exchange data with server
|
|
For users who currently use MS Outlook program to check e-mails, you can download the additional program called Outlook Connector and install in your PC at

This program will help you in synchronizing data such as Contacts, File, Folder, Calendar, Tasks, and Schedule between your PC and mail server.
Your data and information in PC will be updated to be the same as the mail server.

10. Check e-mails directly through mobile or PDA
|
|
Nowadays, communications and works happen everywhere and every time. With our Mail Server, you will never lose any contacts. You can check e-mails directly through mobile or PDA. Our Mail Sever provides web mail for you. You can response to any e-mails through your mobile or PDA instantly.
To access web mail system through PDA, you only go to
http://mail.yourdomain.com After connected, system will display the web mail system according to type of browser of your mobile or PDA.
