About Customers

  1. Collecting customer's details by remembering customer's e-mail and password. Customer can log in the system to order any products next time.
  2. Offering system of collecting customer's order history and order status to assist customer for checking orders.
  3. Providing more than 1 customer's shipping address for customer to select the address that he/she wants the product to be delivered to.

About Merchants and Administrative system

  1. Offering adjustable Administrative System. Users can manage all features independently through Administrative System such as main language, main currency, store's logo, temporary closing for system maintenance notice, change details or promotions on first page, and even number of products displayed in a row.
  2. Being able to add, delete, and edit products or categories all time and having no limit of products and categories recorded in database
  3. Providing picture library system for users to upload picture files or use selected files on any web pages.
  4. Having automatic shipment calculating system (automatically calculated by UPS) and manual. For manual system, users can calculate shipment fee from weight and delivery country.
  5. Adding complete product details in HTML form and providing automatic picture resizing system which can save your time in making product pictures.
  6. Providing calculating system for the rest of products in stock and notifying system when almost running out of stock.
  7. Being able to define any features of each product such as colors and sizes. Our system, then, supports all types of products.
  8. Being able to delete and edit each customer's details through Administrative System and also able to send direct e-mail or special promotion to selected customer.
  9. Recording all orders and providing various search functions to be easy for users to check and view orders.
  10. Supporting various international Payment Gateway including THAIEPAY, PayPal, and Payment Gateway of commercial banks in Thailand such as Kasikorn Bank.
